Through this 20-week process group, participants will come together in a supportive, guided space to process the end of relationships, situationships, friendships with benefits, flings, or even the one-night stand that never really left. This group is designed for female-identifying young adults ages 18–29 who are ready to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Over the course of twenty weeks, participants will meet every other Thursday for guided discussions and activities focused on recovery, self-discovery, and resilience. Whether you are navigating heartbreak, redefining boundaries, or seeking clarity in your relationships, this group offers a safe space to share, reflect, and grow.

Join us for a transformative experience on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, starting this Fall. This virtual group is limited to just 10–15 spots, so don’t miss out – secure your space today!
Cost: $165 total for all 20 sessions – that’s just $8.25 per meeting (an 83% discount from the standard $50 per group).
Insurance accepted (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Multiplan, United Health, Humana). If insurance does not cover, we’ll default to the out-of-network rate of $165 total. Payment plans available.
