Healing begins when we feel that we have been seen, heard, and understood. Sometimes in life it is difficult to face who we really are, and accepting our authentic selves, which is the key to achieving true freedom. As a therapist, I help people to experience relief from relationship struggles, intense worry, sadness, and inner criticism, through self-discovery, self-understanding, and self-compassion. My passion is to assist people who are being held back by fear and anxiety to experience true clarity and confidence in themselves and their lives. Within this scope, people are able to identify, address, and create resolutions to move purposefully and positively in life in order to reach their future goals.
I have developed a passion for aiding people to discover, define, and understand themselves. I will show you how to slow down your hectic life, in order to explore your thoughts and dreams. I believe you have exactly what it takes to live the life you want to live, you just need assistance with sharpening your iron by developing new ways of coping (thriving) depending on your specific needs.
