Kristina Tepić
MA, QMHP
she/her
Kristina provides a calm, compassionate, and collaborative space in the therapy room. She encourages clients to show up as their authentic selves and to place trust in not only the therapeutic process, but in themselves, too. With the key elements of trust, curiosity, and a bit of creativity, transformation can happen.
As a therapist, Kristina pays attention to patterns and beliefs that hold clients back from creating the change they want to see in their lives. She takes on a positive, strengths-based approach to motivate and support clients in achieving the outcomes they want out of therapy. Prior to working at Holistic CFT, Kristina worked in ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. Through this experience, she learned to bring play and creativity into the therapy space. She is motivated to make therapy fun and exciting while meeting clinical goals. Kristina also has introductory training on perinatal mental health and is passionate about this line of work.
Kristina is a bilingual therapist and is comfortable doing therapy in both English and Serbian. She has a special interest in working within the Balkan community and unpacking intergenerational trauma, immigration, and cultural identity. In her free time, Kristina enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and trying out new restaurants in the city!
