Since graduating from Adler University in 2015, I’ve been walking alongside individuals, families, and romantic partners on their unique journeys toward healing and growth. My early work in 2015 also began in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families. That experience shaped my belief in patience, creativity, and the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are.
Over the years, my practice has grown and evolved, and in 2025 I completed Level One training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS has become the heart of my therapeutic approach, offering a gentle and extremely powerful way to understand the many parts of ourselves and how they shape our lives. Whether I’m working with individuals, families or romantic partners, I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk beside you—offering guidance, support, and safety—while you explore your inner world and discover the choices that feel most authentic and healthy for you.
In addition to my work with clients, I am an avid trainer and supervisor for emerging therapists. I believe that new clinicians need a secure, supportive environment to process their client work—one where they feel free to ask questions, explore challenges, and grow in confidence. My supervision style is nonjudgmental and collaborative, yet firmly grounded in ethical decision-making and professional integrity.
I strive to provide a space where new therapists feel encouraged rather than criticized, guided rather than chastised, and empowered to develop their own therapeutic voice. My goal is to nurture compassionate, skilled, and ethically strong clinicians who feel confident in their ability to serve clients well.
I also provide supervision, mentorship and/or consultation to emerging practice owners or folks who want to improve their management or supervision style – regardless of if you’re in the therapy space or in any other business position. I’m here to help anyone who desires to be more successful and to find an ethical, supportive and functional position within management.
Everyone needs support from time to time, and it’s your time now.
Outside of the professional atmosphere, I am a mom, a wife, I am an audiobook junky, a ceramicist and general artist, I love being connected with nature and exploring/being adventurous.
