Relationships are hard. So is finding the right therapist to help you work through them.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to help you connect the dots—with tools grounded in neuroscience, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and a healthy dose of real talk and accountability—so you can understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
I specialize in sex therapy, and I work with individuals, couples, and families around issues of intimacy, desire, sexual identity, and healing from sexual or relational trauma. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support trauma resolution, somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and nervous system, and parts work (informed by Internal Family Systems and other models) to gently explore and integrate the many layers of who you are—especially the ones you’ve had to exile or hide to survive.
I’m here to hold space—but I’m also here to challenge you when it’s needed. Accountability is a key part of the work I do with clients who are ready to move toward lasting change. Growth happens when we’re willing to look at what’s hard—and keep going anyway.
I bring warmth, humor, and nonjudgment to every session. I’m sex-positive, religion-positive, and especially passionate about supporting men’s mental health, couples work, and helping people tap into the strengths and desires they already carry within.
You are a whole person. You deserve to be seen, supported, and equipped with the tools that help you thrive. Let’s do this—together!
