The complexity of relationships brought me into this work. Somehow the thing that can bring us so much joy also comes packed with indescribable hurt. I want to help you express that hurt in a way that resonates deeply and draws you closer to yourself and/or partner. I will help you sift through the narratives that propel you to self-integration and empowerment to address life’s challenges while simultaneously challenging the narratives that no longer serve you.
I have a warm, affirmative, and direct approach to therapy, and I believe that successful therapy is built on a strong therapeutic relationship. I use kindness, honesty, and accountability to build rapport with my clients. I also understand that change is difficult in the face of overwhelming adversity. I employ a strengths-based approach because at the end of the day, while you may have A problem, you are not THE problem, and this strong belief allows me to actively guide clients toward meeting their therapeutic goals.
I am sex and kink positive and religiously/spiritually neutral. My main clinical interests include working with Couple’s Therapy, LGBTQIA+ folx, Men’s issues, ethical non-monogamy, out-of-control sexual behavior, religion/spirituality, and men’s sexual health.
