Healing begins when we feel that we have been seen, heard, and understood. Sometimes in life it is difficult to face who we really are, and accepting our authentic selves, which is the key to achieving true freedom. As a therapist, I help people to experience relief from relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and inner criticism, through self-discovery, self-understanding, and self-compassion. My passion is to help people who are being held back by fear and anxiety to experience true clarity and confidence in themselves and their lives. Within this scope, people are able to identify, address, and create resolutions to move purposefully and positively in life in order to reach their future goals.

I have received my Master of Science degree from Capella University. I have an open, honest, and collaborative approach to therapy. Understanding no two people require the same therapeutic approach, I will show you how to slow down your hectic life, explore your thoughts and dreams because I believe you have exactly what it takes to live the life you want to live, you just need to assistance with sharpening your iron by developing new ways of coping (thriving) depending on your specific needs.

Keisha is a veteran and a retiree from working in corporate America for over 32 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the theater, spending time with family and friends, reading, watching action movies.
