Brielle Robinson
M.A. AMFT, Gottman Level 1 Certified
she/her
Brielle creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to be unapologetically themselves in her therapy room. She strives to understand the influences of power and culture on people’s lives and does so by focusing on how past and current experiences affect who we are as people. Brielle is passionate about working with individuals and their relationships, and she is LGBTQIA+ affirming, seeking to create trusting relationships that foster healing and growth. She works hard to help her clients improve communication, build self-esteem and self-worth, work through relationship changes, and help each person understand their role in relationships. She has particular experience working with depression, anxiety, addiction, relational conflict, identity development, behavioral issues, and parenting struggles.
Brielle believes that people have stories and beliefs about themselves that are important to be expressed and explored in the therapeutic space. She combines this narrative lens with an emotion-focused approach, aiming to help clients understand the thoughts and emotions they experience, where they come from, and the needs they feel are not being met. Brielle wants to ensure her clients feel equal, heard, and understood by her. She works collaboratively with her clients to create plans and goals to get them where they want to be. Once goals are established, she will work diligently to support her clients in achieving them, whatever they may be.
When she is not with her clients, she is outside going on walks or spending time with friends and family. She is also a lover of animals, traveling, and reality TV.
