she/her

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and guided by compassion, understanding, and meaning. I believe each path to healing is unique, so I draw from a holistic blend of approaches rather than fitting every person to one method.

It takes courage and resilience to process difficult emotions, to sit with grief and painful experiences, or to face confusion without rushing past it. My priority in session is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experience safely and without overwhelm, while finding a meaningful path forward. My aim is to be an ally on your particular journey, and to make room for curiosity, present-moment awareness, and self-compassion.

What I Bring to the Work

As a 1.5-generation American, someone who immigrated as a child, I draw on my own experience to understand what it asks of a person to navigate intersectional identities, displacement, intergenerational trauma, and the larger existential questions that come with all of it. I am interested in how culture and spirituality shape the way we understand ourselves. I believe that expanding your self-concept naturally leads to change and to a greater sense of your own agency.

I am glad to work with anyone who wants to improve their relationships and well-being, or to deepen their understanding of their place in this world.

Training & Background

I have nearly four years of experience in social services and earned my master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. I have completed the Online Circle Certificate Program in Internal Family Systems Therapy through the IFS Institute, and my training at Naropa has grounded me in Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and meditation.

Before my work in the helping professions, I worked in the film industry with a focus on documentary production. That background shaped my appreciation for creativity, imagination, experimentation, and process-oriented, out-of-the-box thinking. I bring those qualities with me as I step more fully into my role as a clinician and develop my own authentic approach to this work.
