she/her

Since graduating from Adler University in 2015, I have been walking alongside individuals, families, and romantic partners on their journeys toward healing and growth. My early work that same year began in Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families. That experience shaped my belief in patience, creativity, and the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are.

In 2025 I completed Level One training in Internal Family Systems, and IFS has become the heart of how I work. It offers a gentle and genuinely powerful way to understand the many parts of ourselves and how they shape our lives. Whether I am sitting with an individual, a family, or a couple, I want to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you, offering guidance, support, and safety, while you explore your inner world and discover the choices that feel most authentic and healthy for you.

Supervision and Clinical Development

Alongside my clinical work, I train and supervise emerging therapists, and it is some of the most meaningful work I do. New clinicians need a secure, supportive environment to process their client work, one where they feel free to ask questions, name what they are unsure about, and grow into their own confidence. My supervision style is nonjudgmental and collaborative, and firmly grounded in ethical decision-making and professional integrity.

I want new therapists to feel encouraged rather than criticized, guided rather than chastised, and empowered to develop their own therapeutic voice. My goal is to nurture compassionate, skilled, ethically strong clinicians who trust their ability to serve clients well.

For clinicians drawn to IFS, I am glad to bring that lens into supervision, both as a way of understanding client work and as a way of noticing what gets stirred in you as the therapist.

Consultation Groups

I am currently building consultation groups for practicing clinicians. These are small, ongoing spaces to bring real cases, think out loud, and get honest reflection from peers and from me. Isolation is one of the quiet occupational hazards of this field, and consultation is one of the better antidotes.

Reach out if you’d like to get notified when the next group forms. I’m here to help.

Mentoring Future AAMFT Approved Supervisors

As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Mentor, I work with experienced clinicians pursuing the Approved Supervisor designation. Our field needs more well-trained supervisors, and not enough clinicians have access to a mentor who will walk the process with them. If you are working toward the designation, I would like to hear where you are in it.

Consultation for Practice Owners & Leaders

I provide mentorship and consultation to emerging practice owners, and to anyone who wants to strengthen their management or supervision style, whether or not you are in the therapy space. This is the practical side: hiring, compensation structures, SOPs, performance conversations, leading across difference, and building a team where people actually want to stay. I am here to help anyone who wants to find an ethical, supportive, and functional footing in leadership.

Everyone needs support from time to time, and it is your time now.

Outside the Office

I am a mom and a wife, an audiobook junkie, a ceramicist and general artist. I love being connected to nature and finding a reason to be adventurous and in the present moment.
